Sorry, I am behind in posting. We voted and discussed what we would like to do for Valentine's Day on Thursday the 13th. It will be a pajamas and read in morning! We can each bring one stuffed animal, one blanket, reading material, and wear pajamas (if you want, not required).

Happy Friday! This week has been a busy week! We have we been working on reviewing suffixes and compound words and learning all about prefixes. Since next week is a short week and has two half days, we will not be doing spelling and I did not send a homework menu home. However, I would still encourage you to continue with the reading and math choices at home. I will send home the spelling words and homework for the week after conferences on Thursday, February 13^th.

We will be celebrating Valentines Day on Thursday also. Class lists went home last Friday, if you need another one please email me and I can send another one your way.

• Tuesdays in February: Denali Family Tours (9:30-10:30am)

• February 12^th and 13^th: Half days and parent teacher conferences.

• February 15^th: In-service day, no school

• February 17^th: Presidents Day, no school.
