We had a great first week back in the
classroom. We have been working on angles, prepositions, the parts of a worm, and
the fundamental needs of people. We are still looking for a parent volunteer to
help with spelling tests every other Friday morning. Please let me know if you
have time in your schedule to come in and help out with this task. It is a huge
help and makes the morning go smoothly. Thanks so much! J
Report cards are going home today for
the second quarter. If you have any questions or concern, feel free to contact
me. Next Thursday, the 18th, Denali is hosting a Montessori Parent
Night from 6:30 to 8:00pm. It will focus on formative classroom assessment and
standardized testing (AIMSWeb and AMP).
