We’ve having a
busy week here in the classroom. We’ve been working with adjectives, our math
operations and facts, and dinosaur and prehistoric animal research. Today we
went to see the play of Aladdin and got to compare and contrast the different
stories from the book, movie, and the play.
Next Tuesday we
will be heading to the Museum to see the new Van Gogh Alive exhibit. As of
today, we are a little bit short on chaperones. If you could take some time to
check your schedule and see if you have time to join us on Tuesday that would
be great! We cannot take this trip without enough chaperones. Thanks!
Next Friday,
there will be no school for professional development. Therefore, spelling tests
will be on Thursday again next week. The following week is parent teacher
conferences. Please remember to sign up electronically for your conference time
at (http://www.asdk12.org/ConferenceScheduling/StudentScheduleStartExt.aspx) .
If you need any assistance with
this process, there will be a place set up in office to access the schedule
and/or I can provide assistance. Thanks to everyone who has already set up
